The Marrakech Riads
The Sanssouci Marrakech Riads are a collection of independent boutique hotel properties of unique charm. Each property in the collection has a distinct style; guests can rely on exceptional standards of comfort and a focus on service across all. The Sanssouci properties are all conveniently located for the major sites of Marrakech, and are themselves properties of historic interest.
The 3 riads that make up the Sanssouci Marrakech Riads Collection are Dar Les Cigognes, Le Nid des Cigognes, and Riad Kaiss. All are close to one another, making it possible for larger groups to reserve all three.
Dar Les Cigognes (11 rooms and suites) has been four times shortlisted as the best boutique hotel in Africa and has a hammam and spa, restaurant, library and living rooms, extensive roof gardens, and an incredible location facing the gates of the Royal Palace.
Le Nid des Cigognes (4 rooms and suites) is ideal for small groups, boasts a cinema room, and is decorated in a Moroccan fusion style.
Riad Kaiss (9 rooms and suites) is grand and elegant with a massive central courtyard garden. Located just a few steps from the Djema el Fna, it has a spa, hammam, restaurant, and swimming pool.
Consistent with our emphasis on relaxation and wellness, both Dar Les Cigognes and Riad Kaiss offer traditional Moroccan hammams and a wide range of spa services using Sanssouci's in-house developed range of organic spa products based on Argan oil, a Moroccan beauty secret for millenia.
