Dar Les Cigognes has dining and catering facilities, and serves meals and drinks throughout the day. Dinner menu change daily based on what is fresh and available in the local markets, though we are also always happy to accommodate special requests and dietary requirements.
We offer guests a range of board packages, starting from breakfast only to half and full-board packages, as well as a range of a la carte dining options. Our breakfast and lunch menus change with the seasons. We serve Nespresso coffee and fine quality English loose leaf teas. The daily afternoon tea is complimentary.
In keeping with our ethos and emphasis on fresh, seasonal cooking, we make almost everything we serve from scratch on the premises, from our jams, cakes, and traditional pastries, to sauces and stocks, even our own yoghurt. We invite guests to participate in this, with daily cookery classes on offer.
Certain days of the week we also very often prepare a wider range of dishes to give guests a chance to sample the culinary range of fine Moroccan cuisine. Private dining is also always a popular option.
