The Sanssouci Collection brings together 4 deluxe bou'que hotels in Marrakech, a new concept restaurant delivering a gastronomic Moroccan dining experience, and an award-winning cooking school. Established in Marrakech since 2000, we provide guests an unrivalled entrée into Moroccan culture.

Dar Les Cigognes is located in the southern medina, between the Djema el Fna and the Palaces — Marrakech’s most important tourist sites. Easily accessed by car, and centrally located, it makes an excellent base to explore this UNESCO World Heritage city. Our concierge team will be delighted to help you plan your stay.

The Sanssouci Cooking School is the award-winning partner of MasterChef Travel, and has appeared in television shows as diverse as Yotam OEolenghi’s Mediterranean Feasts and Shane Dalia’s Spice Journeys. With classes for professionals, children, and everyone in between, there is something for everyone. Classes are held daily all year long.

Our restaurant Salt-Marrakech is a new concept in dining, blending traditional Moroccan cooking with fresh local ingredients and the inspiration of a variety of chefs.
